CANCELLATION POLICY

Q. Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

Yes , you can cancel the order within 24 hour . 

Note : we will provide a reward points of same amount same time . 

Q. What will happen if my order has been dispatched and I want to cancel it? 

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, 50% of the base cost will be refund only if the product is unopened, undamaged and returned back to our warehouse located in Mumbai in the same condition as it was received in within 15 days from the date of purchase. Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer.

Your refund will be processed with 24-48 hrs after your product has been received at our warehouse.

Q. How will I be informed about my cancelation process and amount to be refunded to me?

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible and you will receive an order cancellation email accordingly with the details.
